REIKI MASTER TEACHER Bridget Papagno Will be teaching Reiki level 1 this April

Bridget will only start planning a class after 3 or more students have requested to learn Reiki.

***Please note this class is not for those who are in a rush to obtain fast certification on energy healing. Also, I strongly discourage all-in-one attunements. Essential Lightworker does not provide Reiki certification for each level in a short period of time. We will stay in touch and I will give you plenty of opportunity to practice.

The Reiki attunements can have a powerful effect on people and generally they need a period between attunements for the different aspects of their consciousness to adjust to and assimilate the new energies – and practice! 

The amount of training that Reiki students get at each level of Reiki varies considerably between Reiki Teachers, but I like to give comprehensive training along with each Reiki level so that Reiki healers can fully engage with Reiki and with various aspects of healing. I trust that people who feel that they want to learn Reiki are being guided to do so and will be guided to the right Reiki Teacher for them. If you feel that you should learn Reiki, then trust that it is right for you and that you will be divinely guided to the right teacher. For some people this may be the start, or a part of a conscious spiritual journey and I find that Reiki is an extremely wise thing to do for people on such a journey. Learning about and healing the self with Reiki can bring insight into the working of the soul and physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of human consciousness that help us to understand ourselves and help others. We each come into a life with varying amounts of issues that require attention and healing. For most of us, finding out about ourselves, healing old pain and getting rid of fears is an on-going process that happens gradually. The Reiki level One attunement, together with determined attention upon self-healing will help to bring those issues to light, to heal them, making us healthier and happier than ever before.

 

Level One

 

Dates: April 5th &6th 2024

 

The first Attunement opens the energy channel and permits the student to channel Reiki mainly at the physical level, both for himself or herself and for others. It consists of one attunement in the Usui Tibetan system. After the attunement, the student may note a subtle energy flowing through his/her hands. This can be perceived in various ways, including heat, coolness, tickling, buzzing, or just a strange feeling in the hands. 

 

This level is open to anyone who is willing to work on their own healing. If you want to attend the class, you will need to have had at least 1 Reiki Session with me.

 

Class is taught in 2 days and I ask that you be flexible with the ending time. Since we will be practicing on each other in a group healing, things may come up that need to be addressed and we will take all the time needed to do so. The First-degree attunement connects the student’s energy system to Universal Energy. Energy blockages are released, balancing and harmonizing the major energy centers known as chakras. The attunement opens the central energy channel leading from the crown of the head to the bottom of the spine. It connects the student to Universal Energy permanently, allowing him to channel the energy whenever she/he wishes.

At first, the amount of energy channeled after the attunement can vary considerably, but the more the student uses Reiki, the more constant the energy becomes. I will not offer level 2 training for at least 6 months after your level 1 attunement. I will, however, text you for 21 days following your attunement to remind and encourage you to Reiki yourself and drop helpful tips. I also offer an opportunity for you to practice at my monthly Reiki Shares. I sometimes host Student Only shares that you’d be invited to also.

 

 

Reiki level 2

Reiki level 2 attunement is more subtle and higher vibration than Reiki level 1, as it further opens the chakras and increases the energy flow in your bodies. It mostly works on the mental and emotional bodies and areas that need to be cleared or resolved so that you can progress and move on in life. It may also facilitate the acceleration of your spiritual growth.

Reiki level 2 is known as the practitioner level meaning that you are equipped and qualified to apply the Reiki energy and techniques to people as clients, if you so choose. You learn how to send Reiki to a person at a distance and you will be given extra symbols to empower it. Based on numerous experiments carried out on the validity of healing at a distance, it has been proven to be just as effective as the person being treated in the same room.

Scientists involved in Quantum physics, which study the world at a subatomic level have done experiments in which they split particles in two; sent one 200 miles away but when they made a change to the one still in the room the other reacted at the exact same moment. This confirmed that they were still connected somehow so distance did not matter. The same applies to distant healing in that the person does not have to be in the same room when giving a treatment and will feel the effects from where they are.

At the end of this two day course, you will be given a certificate of completion for Reiki level 2.  A Reiki level 2 manual is also included and will cover:
